Head of European diplomacy Federica Mogherini claimed, that Ukrainian government must conduct an official investigation of the bombardment of the building where the office of “112 Ukraina” TV-channel is situated.
Violation, determined as an act of terrorism, was conducted on 13 July, but nobody was found guilty.
