The command of the joint forces operation sent a working group to the front lines of the AFU to identify and stop radical activities of nationalists among the military. The measures were taken due to unauthorized shelling of militia positions on August 15 near the village of Logvinovo. As a result of sniper fire from the Kiev security forces, a soldier of the people's militia of the LPR was killed.
