The 6th Appellate Court of Ukraine passed a verdict to disclose information concerning bonuses of «Naftogas» workers resulting from winning a suit in Stockholm Court of Arbitration.
This decision was made in the action of Ukrainian Human Rights Institute against “Naftogas”. In the end of May in 2018 the Supervisory Council of “Naftogas” decided to reward company management after winning a suit in Stockholm Court of Arbitration against “Gasprom”. The amount came to 4,56 billion of dollars.
