Deputy of Ukrainian parliament Andriy Derkach published audiofiles that demonstrate the influence of the former vice-president Joseph Biden over the fifth president of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko.
Records refer to receiving by the former head Ukraine $1 billion for continuation of functioning of the international corruption schemes of the gas company “Burisma”. Records from 2015 and 2016 mention dismissal of the Prosecutor-General Victor Shokin who was investigating at that time scandalous case around the company and came as a result to Biden family.
Also Derkach tells about external management of the country, citing as an example loss of trust by the prime minister Arseny Yatsenyuk and rendering influence by Joe Biden on “Samopomich” and other parties at disintegration of the parliamentary coalition at the request of Poroshenko. The role of the head of the Ministry of Economics Abromavichus in creation of the Supervisory boards in state companies is discussed, as well as Poroshenko's success in privatization of Privatbank with assistance of Biden, until Trump came to the power.
