State Security Service of Ukraine arrested a delegate of Odessa Regional Council for possible stealing of finance during the reconstruction of a passage Tiligylskiy firth – Black Sea.
A Business organization got some 20 million hryvnas for fictive holding of reconditioning work and the real chief of the organization is the Lawmaker.
