A junior officer of Border Guard of Izmail in Odesskaya oblast was selling drugs to staff of Izmail border detachment and cadets of Maritime Border Guard Training Center. A lawbreaker was arrested barehanded in the process of selling amphetamine.
On the same date a founder of a large online drug-distribution network called Telegrass Amos Dov Silver escaped from the law enforcement right before his extradition to Israel. Ukrainian policemen removed his electronic monitoring device, then he went to the shop and dissapeared right before boarding the plane to Tel Aviv.
