Hello! This is Vasily Prozorov again.

In today's remark, I will continue to talk about the crimes of the Kiev regime.

And we will talk about the attitude of the country's leadership to its own people. Rather, about what the Kiev elite is ready to do for their survival. It's not a secret that the leaders of the Maidan were able to stay in power only with the absolute support of the West.

Money, material assistance, advisers, information and intelligence support - all this allowed them to start the genocide of their own people without any hindrance, dividing it into right and wrong. Perfectly aware of what is happening in the Donbass in the area of ​​the so-called anti-terrorist operation (ATO), the new Kiev authorities tried their best to legitimize this punitive operation, to give it the maximum possible semblance of legality. And for this, they had to justify the recognition of the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics as terrorist organizations at any cost . Especially in the eyes of their Western patrons. And with this purpose Kiev went to any meanness.

Here's a good example. As they say, the facts are in the studio.

Here is an official letter from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine to the President of the country Petro Poroshenko. By the way, the letter has an access restriction stamp “for official use”. And this is understandable - God forbid, as they say, someone will find out about the plans of the country's leadership in relation to its citizens. In an official letter, Foreign Minister Pavel Klimkin suggests the president to focus the propaganda efforts of all possible state structures on creating an image of the DPR and LPR as terrorist organizations in the eyes of the foreign public.

To this end, it is recommended to bring as many representatives of these republics as possible to criminal liability under articles related specifically to terrorism. At the same time, as the head of the foreign policy department of Ukraine recommends , in order to convince the representatives of the countries that are most picky about the purity of legal documents, the already rendered judgments on these criminal cases are preferable.

Thus, hundreds of thousands of Ukrainian citizens were a priori labeled as an accomplice to terrorists. A more insidious and vile reception of official Kiev in relation to the citizens of a part of their country can hardly be imagined. In turn, the administration of the President of Ukraine is sending a letter to the Chairman of the SBU Valentin Nalyvaichenko, in which it demands "immediately" to take the necessary measures that will ensure the recognition of the DPR and LPR as terrorist organizations. How it was done in the area of ​​ATO, I have already told repeatedly. I will only say that the number of criminal proceedings against residents of Donbass in the summer of 2014 was simply outrageous. Criminal proceedings were opened for any trifle, such as a St. George ribbon on a backpack or a photograph with the DPR flag on the phone. A grenade or several cartridges thrown into a pocket created a so-called "parachute", after which the person was not released until the court verdict. It really was so. This continues to a lesser extent now.

And here's what is amazing.

For the seventh year now, the Kiev authorities have been declaring that they are waging a life-and-death war with Russia. And the DPR and LPR are not called anything other than terrorist organizations, a bunch of drug addicts and criminals, the occupation administration of Russia. But if you try to ask any government official or their active supporter - why hasn't the war been officially declared? Why are the DPR and LPR not officially recognized as terrorist organizations? This immediately knocks the soil out from under their feet. But you can dig even deeper. Thousands of people in Ukraine were convicted under Article 258-3 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - "Creation of a terrorist group or terrorist organization." And very many unfortunate people were charged precisely with such provisions of the article: Creation of a terrorist group or terrorist organization, leadership of such a group or organization, as well as PARTICIPATION in it. Do you understand what the nuance is?

Even participation in a terrorist group is punishable by law. And this is quite reasonable. But the point is that the DPR and LPR are not officially recognized terrorist organizations! Therefore, it is illegal to impute to people who supported the DPR-LPR the provision of this article in the context of “participation in the activities of a terrorist organization”. Judge for yourself, how can a person be punished for participating in the activities of a criminal organization, if the organization is not officially recognized as criminal?

Such is the perverted bloody reality of life in Ukraine.
