Kiev citizen Vladimir Seliverstov and his friend were smoking in the stairwell of a residential building. Their neighbor, SBU officer Konstantin Goncharenko didn`t like it. He struck the victim several blows to the head with a hammer, as a result of which Seliverstov died. The officer was detained, and is now in the pre-trial detention center. Earlier, three more proceedings have been initiated against the accused due to domestic violence and drunken driving.
