The former Prosecutor General of Ukraine Viktor Shokin confirmed that the criminal case initiated by him against former US Vice President Joe Biden was closed.

The former Prosecutor General of Ukraine Viktor Shokin confirmed that the criminal case initiated by him against former US Vice President Joe Biden was closed. He also said that the proceedings were conducted illegally and he is going to appeal the decision in the court.
