The Kyiv Court of Appeal has seized the real estate of Viktor Myalik, a people's deputy from the "For the Future" group, who is suspected of tax evasion in the amount of almost 100 million UAH. This is reported by the press service of the court.

The press service said that on June 3 of this year, the Kiev Court of Appeal considered an appeal filed by the prosecutor against the decision of the investigating judge of the Pechersk District Court of Kiev of April 6, 2021, which denied the request of the investigator of the Main Investigative Department of the State Bureau of Investigation to seize the property of the suspect.

However, according to the results of the appeal, the appeal of the prosecutor of the Office of the Prosecutor General was satisfied, the decision of the investigating judge of the Pechersk District Court of Kiev of April 6, 2021 was canceled. A new decision was adopted, which satisfied the request of the investigator of the Main Investigation Department of the State Bureau of Investigation and seized the property of the suspect.
