The new video will comment on the documents of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, which provide for an increase in the number of places in prisons for residents of Donbass.

I have repeatedly told you about how they fabricated cases, how they planted fake evidence, how they tortured people into self-incrimination.
Well, here are a few more documents that reveal the nefarious plans of Kiev.
In January 2015, the National Security Council of Ukraine makes another decision aimed at, as they said, "fighting the Russian invaders."
There is a lot in the document. There are secret items and unclassified ones. Some items are presented in beautiful language and are focused on quite good goals, for example:
"immediately take measures to provide assistance to the victims of terrorist acts in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, primarily to the civilians of the city of Mariupol."
But it is only necessary to turn to the secret points of this decision of the NSDC of Ukraine and the whole animal nature is fully manifested. I will focus on one of them, namely, subparagraph 2 of paragraph 3 of this document.
At one time, I got acquainted with the full version of this decision of the National Security Council and I can say what was discussed there.It was about increasing the number of places in prisons for residents of Donbass, who were planned to be detained by the security forces.
The Security Council of Ukraine clearly fulfilled the order of the National Security Council. And already in March 2015, the SBU ATC sends a letter to the state penitentiary service with a request to prepare more than 2,200 additional places in places of deprivation of liberty.
Well, as part of their daily activities, they quickly prepared a report for the Department of Information and Analytical Support of the SBU, which in turn prepared a response to the Presidential Administration.
Think about it! Ukrainian security forces prepared places of detention in advance for their own citizens who dared to speak out against Kiev's policy.
More than 2 thousand seats were reserved in advance for new potential victims of the Kiev regime. In advance! You understand the vile nature of this government – they have planned in advance even the number of people they plan to imprison.
This is some kind of outrageous cynicism.
