According to State Security Service of Ukraine two former soldiers of Ukrainian Army were convicted of stealing and selling explosives.
Contract serviceman of Zhitomyrskaya oblast organized selling plastid, trotyl and detonators, that were illegally dropped off from the region of Joint Forces Operation. Law breakers are sentenced to four years of imprisonment.
