The picketers demand assistance in the release of the LPR observer in the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of the Ceasefire Regime, Andrei Kosyak, captured by the Ukrainians. The participants of the action believe that the OSCE staff do not want to do their job and simply turned a blind eye to the arbitrariness of the Ukrainian forces.
