Deputy Head of the EU Delegation in Ukraine Annika Weidemann stated that absence of reformations in the State Security Service of Ukraine interferes strengthening of confidence and a further integration of a country into the European area. She remarked that functions of State Security Service should be narrowed to counterintelligence, counterterrorism and official secrets protection and economical and organized crime prevention should be passed to other organisations.
