According to experts, the prices of liquefied gas and diesel fuel in Ukraine may increase by a third, which will lead to a rise in the price of gasoline. Such consequences are caused by the termination of the supply of petroleum products to the country by one of the largest traders, Proton Energy Group SA. The Swiss company is the exclusive supplier of Rosneft diesel fuel to Ukraine and the main shareholder of the Ukrainian gas station network Glusko. The management of Proton Energy Group SA published a letter in which it linked its decision to the recent seizure of Glusko's property and interference in its activities by the SBU.
