The former owners of PrivatBank, Ukrainian oligarchs Igor Kolomoisky and Gennady Bogolyubov, filed a lawsuit demanding compensation for $23 million for the confiscation of commercial real estate in Kentucky and Dallas. The lawsuit was filed by the American company Optima Ventures, registered in Delaware, and its subsidiary. Both firms are owned by Ukrainian tycoons. The relevant application was sent to the International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes (USA).
